Gustavo Serafini
Born with proximal femoral focal deficiency (PFFD), disability has taught Gustavo many life lessons, and allowed him to meet with incredible friends and mentors along the way.
The Enabled Disabled Podcast is created for people with disabilities, as well as their families, friends, clinicians and therapists. This platform helps dive into how our guests have experienced disability; what has it taught them about themselves, about life, about others; what tools or experiences have helped them to better navigate and adapt to the world; what do they wish other people knew about them; what are they working on now; how would they like to improve the world.

Executive Producer
Fei Wu
Fei is the Executive Producer (EP) for the Enabled Disabled Podcast and Project. Her responsibilities expand from overall strategy, guest outreach, marketing, website design, development to podcast and content production. Prior to working as EP for Enabled Disabled, Fei founded Feisworld Media in 2014 - a popular podcast, YouTube channel and documentary (on Amazon Prime) to help and celebrate the lives of creative entrepreneurs. She hopes to bring all the knowledge and lessons she learned to Enabled Disabled.

Associate Producer
Adam Leffert
Adam is the Associate Producer for the Enabled Disabled Podcast and Project. His responsibilities include strategy, guest outreach, social media and community management. In addition to his contribution to Enabled Disabled, Adam works as a freelance, full-stack C# / .NET web developer. He also founded MindModel, a relational database company that allows you to create relational databases on almost any topic without programming.
